Q: Will there be updates of iQual?

A: iQual will be updated each time the AQTF Standards are updated. Existing customers may receive a discount on new versions.

Q: Do users of iQual get support?

A: This version of iQual is designed with a Set-up Guide, a Manual and a series of short ‘Help’ videos. Any ‘bugs’ will be fixed without charge and all users’ systems will be replaced free-of-charge. Similarly, any corrections needed in the Set-up Guide, Manual and videos will be made for all users.
