Chris Todd was a teacher for 20 years before taking over the Printing Industry Training Board (ITAB) in Tasmania in 1991 and starting his own business in 1995. Chris has worked with John on the development and installation of Quality Management systems since 1992, specialising in developing computerised systems. Chris also works in development of training and assessment systems and resources at a national level; and is a contract AQTF auditor in the Northern Territory.

John Price (John Price and Associates) has been involved in training since the mid-1970s and was Head of the School of Printing and Graphic Arts at Queensland TAFE before starting his own business in 1987. Since then he has worked with nearly 150 businesses around Australia to help them develop ISO and ARF/QERTO/AQTF Quality Management systems. John is also a sought-after trainer in leadership and management in Queensland and around Australia.
