FAQs

Question 1: How much does the system cost?

Answer: The current cost is $5,995 which includes a single-site licence, 12 hours of on-site training and on-going email/phone support. Users also need to purchase FileMaker Pro software to meet their needs. For details download the iQual Flyer.

Question 2: How much support do I get?

Answer: Users are supported by up to 12 hours of training in iQual, AQTF and Quality Management which is conducted on their premises. They will then be supported by telephone and email.

Question 3: What do I do if I forget my password

Answer: Call Chris or John - click the ‘Contact’ tab above. Hint: You could ask the Quality Manager.
